62/68: 43 cm (6+ months)
74/80: 46 cm (12 - 18 months)
86/92: 49 cm (18 - 24 months)
98/104: 52 cm (2 - 3 years)
XS: 55 cm (4+ years)

Please note: every child is unique and grows at his/her own pace, including the circumference of the head. Measure the top (above the ears) with a measuring tape to ensure you get the right size. Not sure? Then take a size larger so the cap doesn't pinch; after all, children's heads grow relatively quickly.
